Information regarding Our Family Wizard
OurFamilyWizard recognises that some separated parents may struggle to meet the cost of using the platform. Where there is financial hardship, it is possible to apply for a reduced fee or full waiver.
Eligibility is generally linked to low income or receipt of certain state benefits. An application must be submitted directly through the platform, and supporting evidence will usually be required. Approval is at the discretion of OurFamilyWizard, and they will notify the applicant directly of the outcome.
Importantly, a fee waiver applies to the individual applicant. It does not automatically extend to the other parent unless they also qualify and make their own application.
If the court has directed use of OurFamilyWizard, and cost is a concern, it is sensible to raise this early and make the application promptly to avoid delays in communication.
