Solicitor’s role as qualified legal representative terminated by family court

A solicitor appointed by the court as a Qualified Legal Representative (QLR) in ongoing family court proceedings has been discharged from that appointment after it was confirmed that he had also been instructed to represent the father in related criminal proceedings, creating a conflict of interest.
